Inside The Villa

We purchased the villa in June 2000 and use it regularly as our second home.  Last year we totally refurbished it both inside and out to a very high standard.  We want our holiday home to be as luxurious and well equipped as our existing home.  We ensure it is professionally cleaned and maintained and we are always looking at ways to improve things.  We believe it has everything you need to make your stay extremely comfortable and relaxing.

At the heart of the villa is an open plan kitchen/living area.   It is a  large, sunny room with high cathedral ceilings and sliding doors that overlook the pool, dock and waterway.  

The gourmet kitchen area is equipped to a very high standard.  There is a  dishwasher, microwave and convection oven, fridge/freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, electric oven and hob.  All these Kitchen Aid appliances were newly installed in December 2003.   There is also a coffee maker, toaster and juicer.  It has a large island which comfortably seats six for informal meals. 

The living area has two large sofas and a large screen (36") cable TV with over 80 cable channels which include at least 12 movie channels (HBO and ShowTime).  There are also DVD, CD and video players. 

Additionally there is a more formal living area which contains two large comfortable sofas and a formal dining table.

There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.  The garage has an automatic door and is available so that you can park your car out of the hot Florida sun.

The villa has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twin beds.  The master bedroom has its own luxury shower room, walk-in closet, 27" cable TV and doors opening onto the pool area. 

The other two bedrooms have built in closets, lots of drawer space and share a guest bathroom with jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower and access to the pool area.
